2023-24 Community-Based Organizations (CBO) Database Handbook
A community-based organization (CBO) is a public or private nonprofit organization that provides adult general education or related services. The CBO Database Handbook is for use by all state fundable CBOs and offers guidance on the reporting of adult general education and industry certification related data.
