Reporting Fraud, Program Abuse or Complaints about Mismanagement

Do you know of actual, potential or suspected instances of fraud, program mismanagement, employee misconduct or management abuse in the operation of department programs by grantees, contractors or partners?

If so, the Office of Inspector General would like to know about it.

Go to File a Complaint to provide information you have about the suspected fraud, program abuse or mismanagement, then contact the inspector general with your report or complaint.
