Fair Consumer Practices

Annually, private, not-for-profit institutions located and chartered in the State of Florida, which are exempt from licensure, collect and disclose information relating to Fair Consumer Practices and Physical Plant Safety. The institutional requirements relating to Fair Consumer Practices are located in Section 1005.04, Florida Statutes (F.S.); assessment of Physical Plant Safety is required by Sections 1005.04 and 1013.11, F.S.
