Florida Assessment of Student Thinking
Beginning with the 2022–23 school year, the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST) is being administered to students in VPK through grade 10 in ELA Reading and VPK through grade 8 in Mathematics. FAST is a progress monitoring assessment based on the B.E.S.T. Standards administered three times per year in order to provide real-time data that will inform students, teachers and parents about individual student growth and needs.
