2024-2025 Staff Email Address
- In accordance with Section 1012.05(3)(b), Florida Statutes, each school district shall electronically submit accurate public school email addresses for all instructional and administrative personnel to the Florida Department of Education twice each school year.
- Data collection for the first semester, Survey M, is from August 12, 2024 to September 13, 2024.
- September File: DPSxx.GU.F70507.Y2425M (xx = district number)
- Data collection for the second semester, Survey N, is from January 13, 2025 to February 14, 2025.
- February File: DPSxx.GU.F70507.Y2425N (xx = district number)
- To make corrections to the F70507 file, the entire file must be re-submitted. The corrected file will overlay the previous data on file.
- Do not delete the F70507 file from the DQ2 Staff Production system.
- Files will be processed daily during the Staff Email Address data collection processing period.

- SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER: The Social Security number must be reported for all staff members employed. Districts must be certain to report the correct Social Security number for the staff member being reported. The number should be left-justified with a trailing blank. (For contracted or charter school staff for whom the school district does not have a Social Security number, the district must assign a unique Staff Number Identifier. See Social Security Number data element.)
