American Rescue Plan/Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (ARP-EANS) Grant Program

The purpose of the ARP-EANS program is to provide services and assistance to eligible private schools to address educational disruptions caused by COVID-19. Non-profit private schools found eligible for this second round of federal funding under ARP-EANS provided that the school was in existence prior to March 13, 2020, and was not applying for or receiving a second round of the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) on or after December 27, 2020. ARP-EANS awards can be used for “secular, neutral, and non ideological” services and assistance, including sanitization, personal protective equipment, COVID testing, educational technology, and connectivity. All allowable expenditures will be through direct pay only. The fiscal agent for this program is ClassWallet. Any inquiries related to their platform should be directed to help@classwallet.com

At this time, all eligible schools have been notified with individual allocation amounts.  Please note that the amounts are final and no subsequent reviews will be conducted.  Your ARP-EANS team conducted an informational Webinar on April 5, 2022. You can access the presentation here: ARP-EANS Webinar (PDF)
