Department of Education Hosts Common Core Institute for Higher Education

Tallahassee, Fla., February 5, 2014 - Commissioner of Education Dr. Tony Bennett will speak to attendees at the Common Core Institute for Higher Education tomorrow in Orlando. Commissioner Bennett will talk about the importance of aligning and incorporating the Common Core State Standards into the coursework, curriculum, and instructional practices of teacher preparation programs.
