Department of Education K-12 Chancellor to Kick Off Inaugural “Dads Take Your Child To School Day” at Springwood Elementary

Tallahassee, Fla., September 29, 2015 – Tomorrow, K-12 Public Schools Chancellor Hershel Lyons will kick off the inaugural “Dads Take Your Child to School Day” at Springwood Elementary School in Tallahassee. The Department of Education launched the initiative to encourage Florida’s fathers and father figures to become more involved in their child’s education.
