2018-19 Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! Contest Information - Submission Deadline Extended until January 15, 2019
This year’s theme is “Spreading Literacy, One View at a Time.” Students should create a YouTube submission that communicates how they share literacy or the importance of reading in their lives. Because the focus is on sharing a love for reading and getting the word out, submissions will be judged by the number of YouTube views. Each school may submit ONE entry into the official contest.
Winning schools will have an opportunity to win a cash prize to go towards purchasing books for their school library!
- $1200 - Three 1st Place Winning Teams (One Elementary, One Middle, One High School)
- $600 - Three 2nd Place Winning Teams (One Elementary, One Middle, One High School)
- $300 -Three 3rd Place Winning Teams (One Elementary, One Middle, One High School)
