Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the release of the 2022-23 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program, authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (TAPS Number 23B030).

Florida’s 21st CCLC programs are designed to provide academic enrichment, a broad array of services designed to reinforce and complement the regular academic program, and literacy and related educational development to students and their families during non-school hours. Eligible target populations for these funds include students who attend: 1) schools identified as in need of Targeted Support and Intervention (TS&I) or Comprehensive Support and Intervention (CS&I), and 2) other schools determined by local educational agencies (LEAs) to be in need of intervention and support. The LEA-identified schools are listed here: 21st CCLC LEA Determined Schools 2022-23 (PDF).

Applicants are encouraged to submit a Notice of Intent to Apply via email at 21stCCLCRFP@fldoe.org no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, March 4, 2022.

All proposals must be completed online via the online system at the following link: https://fldoe21cclc.smapply.io/. Proposals must be submitted in the system no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 20, 2022.
